Need advice on moving corals

We have aquired about 15 pounds of live rock from our local fish store that came from someone else's tank. We're kind of beginners with the whole reef thing so we need some serious help!! On these rocks there are ricordea's, blue mushrooms, sponges, and a leather coral. We would like to take them from our nano tank and put them into our 150 with metal halides. We're not exactly sure how to remove them from the rocks without damaging them. The main reason that we're wanting to move them and not the whole rocks are because they are covered in aiptasia anemonies. We have tried "Stop Aiptasia" but it only seemed to kill some of them and make the tank stink so we haven't tried again. I hope someone out there has some advice on how to move them safely!

unless its a tree sponge you can forget about removing it from the rocks. mushrooms and leathers can be simply cut at the base. take the rock out of water and use something sharp like a box cutter. you may have to put netting over the mushrooms to get them to attach to another rock. they are too slimey to glue. you can put a toothpick in the base of the leather and stick the other end in the rock you want it. may need to net over it as well. leave a small piece of the base on the old rock. a new one will grow from that.
