I recommend getting some flow to that area because it looks like it is not getting much if any. Looks like a build up of detrius and maybe some cyanobacteria starting to form.

I agree, just noticed a similiar spot on a rock in mine.
Added another k-4 and redirected all ph and this morning it is all gone.

No more than that pic is showing you could siphon that out or just get a flow through that area and it should clear up.

yeah there is one more spot where i see it also where i some of the pellets i droped in yesterday morning, flow probably isnt good because of the way i have my rocks i guess since its in a little cave/cove area.
guess ill have to get a couple powerheads today. didnt wanna have to do it but guess i should. dont really wanna re-arrange my rocks im afraid i might crush the crabs or somehting.
so its just the spot in the picture and another little spot but thats it. ill see if i can turkey baster some of it out

Correct, if you can siphon it out, or as much as possible that would help. Then either add and or redirect flow to those areas.

Also make sure you don't over feed because this contributes to the outbreak of cyano and other nuisance algae that you can't get rid of quite as easy.
