This stuff grows on only one rock in my whole tank, I have pulled it off before and it grew back right in the same spot, and ID would be great. Sorry about the picture my camera is not that good.
Hard to tell from the picture but google Branched Red Halymenia to see if it looks like it. Here is a picture from wild singapore. Always hard to nail down a red algae.
