Need Camera Help

I have a Sony cybershot dsc-s75/s85. It is 4.0 mega pixles and 6x zoom. Is this a good enough camera for taking pictures of my reef tank? Every picture I take is not very clear and when ever I zoom in it is totally blurry. I have seen pictures posted here of a fish's eye and it is crystal clear. Am I doing something wrong or is there a better camera that I would be better to buy?

I don't know much about cameras but have you tried hitting the button with the little flower symbol on it? Hit the button then zoom in then focus then shoot. Try using flash too. If you don't or cant use flash then it's almost impossible to hold the camera perfectly steady while the shutter slowly opens/closes.
Or... if your target is still, you can use the actual glass to rest your camera on, to keep still.

I don't have that camera but what I do to get my pictures is the following:
1. Usually no flash, with the flash it washes the colors out
2. Macro setting
3. Make the room as dark as possible
4. I sometimes use digital zoom to get really close pictures
5. I use a tripod and a remote, especailly important when doiung a tight zoom shot as the littlest movement makes the picture blurry, if you don't have a remote some cameras have a timer setting.
This is what works for me.
