need cleaners that an eel wont eat

i need to get a clean up crew. i have a 36 gallon tank with 20-30 lbs of rock i have a starfish & a goby cleaning now but i need a more. i have a snowflake eel he's still small & doesnt bother the fish. will he eat a cleaner shrimp or hermate crabs? what else can i get to clean the tank that he wont eat?

I have a rock boring urchin and they are supposed to be great alge eaters. so you could give it a try. I dont know. sorry i have never had an eel.
