Need coco worm info.

Any info on coco worms would be greatly appreciated. Water perimeters?
Is it normal for them to lose there crown? and re grow?

They seem like pretty easy keepers to me. I am not really into making my perimeters perfect. i make sure I add phytoplankton each night and feed regularly and mine just keeps growing. its grown about an inch in the last 2 months. it is a great addition to the tank though very colorfull and always out. Id get one if I were you.
