need flow advice for my AP24 reef

Hey guys this is the deal:
I downsized from a 44 to this Ap24/ Its pretty stacked with rock/corals etc...
I have two quiet one 1200's (296gph Each) in the back and they each have a output that comes out of the back. One is a spray bar with all the little nozzles on it, the other is a simple "Y" shaped output.
My problem is this: I cant ever seem to get the flow to circulate properly: Aka too much flow here, too little flow there... and also, having two outputs coming out of the back wall actually creates a SHADOW on my corals because there is those two black tubes that are for output. Ive tried every configuration and I cant figure anything out.
Im thinking to keep just the spraybar, ditch the Y one (cause its huge and makes the biggest shadow)
and maybe add some koralias? but what size? a few nanos? just one Koralia one? one of each? any suggestions?

I would get a koralia nano. They are freaken sweet and very manuverable.

ive had koralias before in my larger 44g and loved it, i know that the flow is very dispersed so I was just hoping that the nao would be enough flow.
eh, Im just gonna buy the koralia nano and check it out... if I dont like it, Ill sell it to some reefers here on the boards
