Need Green Birds Nest Advice

So I went into the LFS today to look at getting another frag of zoo's for my 8 week old tank. I saw this green birds nest coral frag on an ORA plug that I dedided on instead. I have done some minor research on the birds nest coral and know they need strong lighting (I have two 150W MH on my tank) and somewhat moderate to strong flow.
Can someone tell me what somewhat moderate to strong flow is? It might be a dumb question but I didn't want blast it with a direct current from the overflow output without getting some more info. Right now it's on a rock on the upper part of my tank close to the overflow box, but not in the output current path of the return lines.

what size is the tank? how many powerheads do you have and what are they rated at? do you know your flow-rate in the tank?

It's a 58g Oceanic tank. I am not running any powerheads, I have a split return line on the sump pump which is 900gph.

That is not near enuf flow for sps. You need at least 40x flow ffor sps...IMO. which in your case would be around 2000gph total.
I have about 6000 gph on wavemaker in my 120gal
You could add a couple Koralia #3's and be good.

Hmm, I'll have to look into that this weekend, I'll see if any of the stores around here carry those, they seem a little "safer" than powerheads since they don't appear to have the same type of input. I'm afraid to go with powerheads after my clown of 4 years got sucked into one when the port was left open.

They are very nice powerheads for the money. They have magnet mounts and can be adjusted in any direction, and put out a wide flow pattern.
That being said, I would love to have a couple vortechs, but cant see paying $400 for a powerhead.
