I noticed yesterday my powder blue has ich, so I began setting up the QT. Today the ich is alot worse and now a few of my other fish have very minor signs of ich. My question is will I be able to Quarintine all 9 of my fish in a 29 gallon or will the amonia build to fast with all of the fish in there? Originally I was Qing only the powder blue for 6 weeks w/ copper treatment, but now I am concerned I don't have enough room for all 9 of my fish. What should I do?
6 in. powder blue tang
2.5 in. yellow tang
5 in. dog face puffer
2 in. clown trigger
2 in. picasso trigger
1 in. niger trigger
2 1in. percula clowns
1 in elibili angel

everyone but rudedog will tell you to take your inverts, corals, and rock out of your tank and hypo the tank.

Alright here is where I stand. Powder blue tang is in QT with copper treatment, and everything else is still in my DT. I have a FOWLR so there are no corals or inverts. I just got home from work and checked the tank the only thing I could see was one small dot on the tail of my picasso and one on my dog face puffer. All of the other fish looked clear so everything for the time being is looking better in the DT. If I were to Hypo my DT, what do I do with the LR? I have approx. 120lbs.

Put the rock into a rubbermaid tub with a heater and a powerhead. Use display water for the tub.
