Need Help Fast!!!!!!

My blue tang just started showing signs of ich. I dont have a hospital tank set up. What do i do??
I have 3 fish in there, someone please tell me what to do???

i have a percula, some damsel and tang.
do i need to let the hospital tank cycle?
If i do hypo, i know i need to get SG to 1.009- how fast do i do this and for how long?
Ich wont affect my anemone, corals or inverts right?

if the spots are still on the tang, does that mean the ich hasnt dropped off to reproduce??
