This is manly for RBTA and Zoa's 75g 18" 1/2 deep
Coralife or Wavepoint bulbs for the T5's. Currents bulbs are GARBAGE. If you're not going crazy with SPS, you don't need to go absolutely crazy with bulbs like Geissmann, etc. I've successfully kept an RBTA (and zoas and some SPS) under T5HO's made by Coralife and Wavepoint. Look into changing the actinics to 420nm rather than the stock 440 and 460nm. I'd go with one 10K and one 14K daylight.

If you want more of a "blue pop" then swap out a B+ for a pure actinic. If you want less white/blue, then swap out an AB Special for a UVL Aquasun.

yes, 54w t5 is for 48-inch fixture. lesser watts t5 bulbs r for shorter fixtures. besdies ati and giesemann t5 bulbs, look at the uvi bulbs too. certain uvi bulbs now come with reflectors build-in.
