I have been keeping saltwater fish for some time, and I want to start a 10 gallon tank. I could use some advice about it, lighting, filtration, how much sand and LR, and what and how many fish I could put in it. Any advice would be appreciated.:)

for a 10 gallon I would probably go with a hang on skimmer/filter like a skilter and power compact lighting with a 50/50 bulb. to save money buy 10-15 pounds of tufa rock for the bottom and another 10-15 pounds of live rock. fish on the other hand is up to you, keep em small and friendly.

IMO skimmers are not required for a nano tank of 10 gallons. If you stock it lightly, regular water changes should be enough.
