Need help IDing a pod?

Came in on a Zoa that I just got - hes a lot bigger than the species I have in my tank and was wondering what he (it?) is?

Edit - also (if it maters) its a little lighter color than in the picture - more of a grayish color I think but it was really hard to see its limbs until I darkened it a little

a common amphipod. i believe we all have them. they are cool. "gammaridea" i believe
