I hate to say it but this weekend I am moving my tank around.
Before I move it I wanted to know when I put it on the new stand should i put anything under it? Foam or anything? Please Help!!!
Thanks,

You dont have to unless you think the stand top is slightly warped. Does not hurt to. I have 1/2 inch styrofoam under mine for insulateing because the MH ballest are in the cabinet and that heat rises. I also put it on the back of the tank.

Place a level on the stand to see if it is level. it is always best to make sure the tank is as level as possible while sitting on the stand. Tanks that are 1/4" out of level or greater can start to leak at some point due to increased stress/pressure on some of the joints.
If the floor/foundation is off it does not matter if the top of the stand is warped or straight...the tank will not sit level on top the stand in either case.

I agree!!! Another thing with the above post, if you have IceCap ballast, you won't have that sort of problem...I've got one and I have NO heat issues!!! :happyfish
