need help on zoanthids--found worms

i was looking at one of the frags of zoanthids and noticed one polyp wasnt looking so good
so i moved it when a tin worm jumped out and started swimming like crazy...
caught it and took out the frag
well, as i leave it drying for a little i see more of these guys come out and theyre really tiny.... wth are they and how do i take them out??????

u can do an iodide dip for 5 minutes.
