Need Help Picking Lights

I Have A 125 Gal. 72" Reef Tank With A Canopy And Soft Corals. A Buddy Gave Me A Bunch Of Stuff From His Tank , He Went Fresh Water For Some Reason. What Kind Of Lights Do I Need And Where Is The Best Place Tio Get Them?

I would go to the reef keepers section they would know what kind of lighting is best for a reef tank beacause corals and such require a lot of lighting but just a guess your going to need metal hilides, but not sure on the wattage.
