Need help picking sump pump

HI all. I am trying to design a sump for my new 65gal AllGlass tank with built in overflow. I am stuck on what type (gph) pump to use to power my return line. The overflow is rated at a maximum 600pgh. I have about 4.5' - 5' of head from the bottom of the 20gal sump to the top of the DT. The return will be 3/4" flexible PVC hose to minimize sharp bends. There will be one ball valve and at least one 90degree bend. I know that the bends and the valve will add to the head loss.
Here are my questions:
Does anyone have a chart that lists the pressure loss for PVC fittings? so I can calculate the total head.
Can anyone recommend a good pump? So far Im thinking a Mag9.5 will do the job
Thanks

The mag drive at 5' head will still produce more than 600gph. While I am aware that the bend will drive the gph down, you still might have more pump than siphon. I am using the 9.5 on my soon to be AGA 90g with overflow rated at 600gph. but my head will be a little higher. I am looking at doing this. I am going to have a Y close to my pump with one side of the Y going back into my tank via an adjustable valve and the other side of the Y going straight up to the tank. this will allow me to send all of the water up to the Display tank. however if I see that my pump is out pumping my siphon then I can direct water back into my sump to compensate for the overpumping.
Am I making any sense. I see it clearer in my head than what my fingers can type.

I have a 75 gal oceanic with built in overflow and am running a mag 9.5 with no problems. I did put a ball valve in my return line so that I could throttle down my pump if need be, but have not needed to do that. I know that a lot of people also run a mag 7 as their return pump for a single 600 gph overflow.
