For some reason, my kids named my blue tang Dory also! What a coincidence!
Hippo tangs love to squeeze themselves into tight places in your live rock. It is possible that it might have scratched its eye. Poor water quality is the other major cause of cloudy eyes.
Doing a water change is almost always a good idea. However, the parameters that you posted sound fine to me.
I would probably suggest you just watch the fish for now. There is a very good chance that it will heal itself within 1-2 days. However, if it worsens, you can try to catch it to treat it with antibiotics (such as Maracyn 2) in a hospital tank. You might treat the tank with some garlic to boost the immune system and aid the fish in fighting this off.

I tend to use a store-bought product called Kent's Garlic Extreme. I have also purchased another product called Garlic Guard but this is much harder to use. (The first product has a dropper which limits the likelihood of getting the stuff on your hands (and then smelling like garlic for a while)).
I know that Beth likes to make her own garlic preparations by mincing up store bought garlic.
The best way to use either product is to soak some food in the garlic preparation and then feed it to the fish.
Glad to hear that Dory is doing better.
I wonder if there are ever any male blue tangs? I only seem to hear about females. lol

Thanks for the info on the Garlic.Dory's eye is almost back to normal now.And yes can't say i've ever heard of a male hippo tang(ha ha). It's offical I'm a salt water junkie, my wife tells me i worry more about our fish when their sick than i do myself.Oh well I'm easier to take care of.(definitly cheaper anyway). Thanks again for all your help.
