I Got A New Frogspawn Today Neone Green. Its Been In The Tank Since 9 Am Yesterday.
It Has Not Even Attempted To Open At All I Will Enclose A Picture Of It And A Picture Of The One I Already Had..
Water Conditions Are Supreme Just Checked Everything Else In The Tank Is Great Any Ideas Suggestions? Or Is It Just Dead?

I would say not to worry.. Did you acclimate correctly? If so I'd say it should be open soon!

Sorry it did not make it.....Many people over look or are not aware that these and many other corals should also be acclimated to the lighting conditions in a tank. If they are move from one type of lighting that they are used to, say like from PCs or old bulbs to a tank that has high wattage MHs then they can go into light shock and perish very quickly....I not saying and cant say for sure that that is the case here because you did not mention lighting but from the pics, the lighting does look very strong....

lighting is very good..as the pictures show the other is great and ive had him for a while.. the thing is when i opened my package yesterday am it was between two pieces of styrofoam rubberbanded together the head was sitting straight up and was in 0 water so i assume overnight or possibly the whole ride it was without water , i wrote the gentleman that sent it to me we have agreed that it was a transit mistake but agreed to send me another. it is too bad because this was beautiful specimin. the top pic is one already in my tank previously and the second is the new one

I would just leave it in your tank and not to take it out. Even if the tissue have fallen off, it may still come back alive once it gets situated. I have accidently killed one of the heads once and it came back alive later on. :happyfish

My question is: Does Frogspawn become toxic to the rest of the reef when it dies?

No, not really. The tentacles just falls off and leave a bare skeleton. But just like when anything dies, a little spike of this and that, nothing too serious if it's a well established tank, it should handle it pretty good. It's nothing like anemone. :happyfish
