I have a red pulsing xenia in my 12 gal aquapod. When I first purchased the coral I knew the basics about the coral but like others I didn't fully know everything about it! So I had moved the coral all around my tank to find the perfect spot and I thought I had; I placed it right next to one of my larger rocks in my tank and it decided to attach itself to it.
So I thought, well it won't completely attach itself to the rock, but was I wrong!
So now its off the rock it came with and on one of my base rocks. I will let it stay there but if it continues to make its way further on that rock, well then I think I will have to take care of it once and for all.
So my question is that the other part that was on the rock it came with (there were 2 pieces of coral on the rock from LFS) I moved towards the front of the tank away from the rock so that it won't also attach itself to the other rocks as well. Will the piece I moved attach to the glass b/c it is somewhat touching the glass now!!? :help: I am going to bring back the other piece and see if I can trade that piece for a different coral or store credit! I am done will pulsing xenia's!!!
