Need help plumbing a 561

Hi I have been asked to help build a 561 gallon reef.
I am not sure what is the best way to plumb this guy to get the best results. Here is what I have:
2 corner overflow boxes with 2 1 1/4 hols for drain and return.
1 closed loop in the center of the tank with 1 1/4 holes.
Any reconmendations?

Note the tank is being built and I can add holes anywhere.
