Need help wiring MH ballast... please!

I have a question that I hope one of you out there can answer. I just receieved a Universal Lighting Technologies 175w MH ballast model # M175MLTAC3M. It has a wiring diagram on the side, but I don't speak electrician, so that does me no good. The ballast comes with what I believe to be a capacitor... a cylindrical plastic tube with two blue wires sticking out of it. My ballast has 7 wires coming from it. 2 common, 1 CAP, 120v, 208v, 240v, 277v... Am I correct in the assumption that I am only going to be using the 2 common, CAP, and 120v wires? Anyway, I was hoping someone out there could explain to me how to wire this to 1) the mogul base 2) the power cord and 3) the capacitor. I have run across a few different diagrams for DIY MH setups and a few threads on here, but they conflict in what wires to connect to what... so I thought I would just ask again. If anyone out there would take the time to explain this to me I would truly appreciate it. Thank you very much.

Any chance you could post a picture or diagram ofthat wiring diagram??? There is just not enough info in your post to help...Also,,,What kind of ballast is this(advance,icecap,or whatever).
