Need help with biocube

hey everyone, I need some suggestions of what I can do, I thought one of the bulbs was burnt out on the hood. But I bought a new bulb and that still doesnt work. I don't know if its the switch or something else. Is there a number for Biocube if anone has it that would be great, I might need a replacement hood. Or something else.

It might be the ballast.

Can I get one from the lfs? I am clueless about repairing these things, my hubby would know a little about it.

Search for manufacturers website, they might tell you how to diagnose your problem. The site should also let you know what parts are available. Even if your lfs doesnt stock what you need, most will order whatever you want.
