need help with clown

I have a tom.clown that had/has ich or clown fish disease. I have had him in a copper treated hospital tank since Jan. 3 2006. Most all of his spots have gone away and he has never showed a loss of apetite. I think maybe the spots are just scars(not sure) . He does have some dorsal fin deteriation what do you think can I add him back to my main tank?

if he still has spots no I would not add him back to the tank yet check the amonia and nitrate levels in the qt make sure they are at 0 if you dont filteration in the qt the amonia and nitrates can get out of control quickly.do a water change if needed to get levels down .what type of copper treatment did you use.

I use seachem cupramine buffered active copper
