Need help with filtration/lighting ideas for 36gal tank.

I am trying to get some ideas on what kind of filtration I will need my my tank. It is a Oceanic 36Gal Bowfront. It will be a LS and LR with fish. I did not know exactly what I would need. What exactly will in need?
I did a little search and really did not come up with anything.
BTW what kind of lighting do you guess suggest?

lighting, for a fowlr, i woud go with pc lighting, and get somethig bright, like 10,000k
for filtration, with lr and ls, get a couple of smaller power heads(for circulation only) and a skimmer, maybe a prizm or seaclone
