What do you have in your display and how large is it? How much LR and LS do you have? Is the LS true LS or live in bacteria?

Good Heavens... the stress from overstocking in the tank is clearly not helping the issue.
Read the thread at the top of this forum on "hyposalinty" treatment. You will need to use a QT tank as hyposalinity will kill your rock and sand.

So this is how it gos, (tell me if im rong) you get the fish and put it in a diff tank and get the salt lvl down to 1.009, and in the main tank there is no fish so the ich dies because there is no fish in the main tank right?

You lower salinity in seperate tank over the course of a couple of days. If this tank is not currently set up and cycled then that will need to be addressed.
Then, yes, if your display tank is "fallow" (no fish of any kind) for 4 weeks or so the ich's life cycle is destroyed.

Yes, over time.
Read Beth's post I referred you too. She's the expert.

It probably looks better because it is naturally starting to drop off. It will come back much worse.
If you do hypo in the display, all of your inverts/rock/sand will die.
