need help with ich

i have two tangs (sailfin and yellow) who are fine together (no need for the police) that have what seems to be ich to me i believe they have had it for about a week i tried just letting my cleaner shrimp take care of it but it isnt working for me the ich is varrry minor i am trying to set up a qt but i wont have the equiptment probably untill wed. so i would like to treat it in my tank and need to know what to use in a reef tank that will not foul my water (foul- bother the ph ammonia etc.)
I feel that i need to act know which is why i am not waiting for the qt

No meds can really go into a reef tank, safely. The only other option IF it is minor, is try to soak the food in garlic, they may be able to fight it off, best odds are HT all fish and hypo though. The ich will always be present, unless the tank becomes fishless for weeks.
