Need help with JBJ Nanocube lighting! ~HELP~

~*~HELP~*~
We had a strom roll through yesterday. Well the eletricity went off. When the electricity came back on my Nano cube's lights would not work! When I switch them on nothing happens but when I turn them off I get a slight flicker of light. Did my bulbs get burned out? Is there a fuse or something like that that I can check or replace?
Please help. I don't have clue what to do.

Yes, there is a fuse and you could try replacing it. look on the gigantic ballast; it will have a little knob that says "fuse" on it. Twist it off and the fuse comes right out. Good luck:)
