Need help with Lighting

I need to buy lights for my tank. At first I was going to go with the PC ones but after talking to a bunch of people I think I'm going to go with MH.
I want to get a
48"
2 MH 175 watt 10K
2 VHO 110 watt actinic
Does anyone know a good cheap brand to go with. Right now I'm thinking of getting the ones Marine Depot sells. They say they're from a company called Captive Sun. I also saw some on ---- for less money. They were Cool Touch Lighting. From the looks of it they both have the same specs but the Marine Depot ones are about 100 bucks more.
Any help at all would be great!

I'd save the $100 and go with Cool Touch. Their gear is styled after PFO Lighting's MH which is second to none in my opinion.

One problem I have with buying the Cool Touch lights is that I don't know how good their ballast is. The Marine depot has the option to upgrade for $95 to the IceCap175W ballast. From what I hear that is a nice ballast. Does anyone know anything about the cool touch lights. Or can someone recommend another brand.
