Need Help with new Fish.

i just recently bought a lemmonpeel angel and added it to my 46 gallon bow front. I also have a 30 gallon fuge underneath with cheato. The problem I am having is he likes to hangout in the corner of the tank for no apparent reason. There is little or no aggression that is apparent when i am around watching. He eats pretty well for a new fish as skitish as he is. Any help that you guys could give me would be great. Regards Tony

He prolly just needs more time to adjust, might be still stressed. Just let him be and he will come around esp. when he learns you bring the food. Do as little to bother him for know though I would say. Is he eating??

Ya he eats great with mysis shrimp so far. I just never had a fish go in the corner like that. I have about 75 ponds of live rock in their as well with plenty of caves and hiding spaces.

All the pther fish are in great health and no sign of disease is present. Regards Tony

Lemonpeels get real active once they are completely aclimated. I hope you don't have any corals because they are nipers for sure. I had one a while back at the advise of the LFS and it niped at everything. Took me 2 months of patience to finally catch him and take him back.
Mine killed my snowflake eel too. Would nip at it all the time and never let it eat.

THe Coral beauty may be the problem.
I don't think you can mix a lemon peel and a coral beatuy, especially not in a 46 gal.
I think they may duke it out to the end. I've very few heard success stories, but I would take it out. Probably won't work
I may be mixing up my fish though, wait for some1 else, or do some research on mixing them.

When not around the Coral Beauty could pick on him and the rocks are proably its territory so it has not other place to go. Try to move some of the rockwork around so it open for graps for him. Sense he is a new fish don't try to move him from the corner or do anything scary(to him).

Angelfish cannot be kept with other Angelfish. If you're attempting two or more Angelfish for the same aquarium it will cause them to fight and most likely one will not survive.
I would strongly recommend remove one.
