i have a snowflake eel (14") and i will be adding a antenna lion and a male blue throat trigger...question is does it matter which i add first??
i was thinking i should add the lion first since there aren't as aggressive as triggers...also i was leaning towards a smaller(younger) lion since it would be easier to start it on prepared foods that way...
does all this sound reasonable to everyone??
thanks,
mike.

You've got the right idea here. Do add the Lion first and then the Trigger. This should subside the aggressive nature of the trigger. However, I do disagree on getting a young lion. True, it is good to get them when they are 3 or 4 inches long so you can watch them grow, but by all means don't get a little 2 inch baby because the trigger could attack it when its older. I would get the lion at about 3 inches and the trigger at about 3 and a half inches. This would make the trigger big enough so the lion wouldn't eat it and it would give the lion room to grow so it can't be attacked by the trigger.
