moderate to strong flow, and since your going to put it on the bottom on the tank make sure you have enough flow going on there to bring food to them and wash away any ditritus buildup. favias are found in the wild at like 30 feet, so high intensity light its not needed, they actually crave the actinic spectrum. too much light is bad for them. they sting pretty well so keep em away from other corals and they filter feed, mostly at night. phyto would be a good food... like DTs or microvert. they're pretty hardy so 100% water quality isn't an issue either.
