Need help with plant ID pls.....

The item in the photo looks like miniature kelp. Got it as a hitchhiker on some FL aquacultured rock about 3 months back. It doesn't seem to spread, just continues a healthy growth from one clump. It is actually kind of cool waving in the current. It actually looks like kelp and is the same color with small yellow berries on the limbs. It grows about 1/2 inch a day so I trim it fairly frequently. The guy at the LFS doesn't have a clue either but would like to have my next trimmed section to see if he can get it to root in his reef tank. Am attaching a photo. Sure hope it is not something I need to get rid of but if it is better now than later. Thanks for your help
P.S. This pic was taken after a trim. It is the plant about 4 inches tall between the Colt Coral and the Orange Ball Sponge.

Is it to the left or the right of the colt?
Then again... I see kelp to the right as well as to the left of the colt.

Sorry, I was asking about the one to the right. The one to the left, the Foxface tears off in bunches but it only nibbles at the one on the right. So, they are both kelp. Interesting. Have you had any experience rooting something like the one on the right. Thanks for your help.
