Need help with popeye

here's my prob.
moved this weekend and let lfs babysit fish. (lion, clarkii, and cleaner shrimp)
brought them in on sat morn.
called dayly to check on them.
today they told me he was in a corner near the top
My tank is now set back up with 80% original water.
He did not look good at lfs. swimming sideways at the top of the tank. I took them all back right away. (This is a good LFS. bought all my fish from them and always been healthy)
Now they are all back home, but the clown is still sideways at the top. I'm really concerned. He has no visible signs of disease, and has always been goofy. But now I'm afraid I'm going to lose himn in the next day or two and can't figure out why.
Of course all paramaters are in check and everyone elese normal.

They were tied into thier system. It was all they had and I really had no choice. I was just curious as to popeye. I've heard about it, but know knothing about it. QT tank broke in the move. I'm going to get another tommarow, but I think it will be too late for him. I actually thought the nitrates were to high from the way he was acting (just stupid; swimming sideways into the glass and stuff.) I aclimated him slowly to try and bring him back to normal levels.
