need help with sump/fuge

this is what i have for a tank 30"X12.5"X12.5" and the equipment will be a protein skimmer, with 650gph pump and another pump to pump to the tank. i have a 55 Gal. and i would like to know How much power of a pump do i need to pump back into the tank and also whats the best way to setup my sump/fuge with the dividers. also i have 4 peices of plexi glass and i would like to know where i need to put them and what other stuff i need for the sump/fuge

How much can your overflow "remove" from the tank...? and also whats the best way to setup my sump/fuge with the dividers. "Best" way is two feeds from tank, one to skimmer, one to fuge area, meet in center for return pump... also i have 4 peices of plexi glass and i would like to know where i need to put them Check picand what other stuff i need for the sump/fuge
