Need help with tank hood

I have a Jebo R375 tank. My tank hood is shot and so are my light and all of its' units. Any suggestions on a tank hood and light set for my tank? Sorry, it is a 37 gal acrylic tank!!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What are the dimensions of that tank?

Dimensions are roughly 15x28 I don't actually know where to measure so I did my best.
