Need Hitchiker id (not in current hitchiker sticky)

I came back from a long weekend this past weekend to find these little white dots all over my glass. They seem to gather in the low flow areas of the tank (especially the ones I can't reach to clean). I've seen them from time to time and they come off easily but this past weekend the population exploded and they are everywhere. As fast as I remove them they come back.
Any Ideas on what they are?

Most likely snail eggs.

Most of them will become snacks for the fish and other critters.
