Need ID of this fish

I LOVE THIS FISH
What kind of fish is this and would it work in a 24g jbj nano?

its a royal gramma and yes it would work

what about with hard and/or soft corals?
would it get stung or anything? I was told I couldnt get a seahorse for that reason and I was pretty bummed out..

It will be just fine with corals.

sea horses would be way to small for that tank and are really hard to take care of

Royals Grammas are great for the beginner tank, or recently established tanks......heck, they're great for established reef tanks as well. :jumping: :jumping:

I saw a nano( dont know size, it was atleast a foot high or so) at LFS and it had a pair of seahorses in it, and it has been there for a while so I asume they are doing well. Its a display and not fs.

Sweet...now to decide on perc clown or royal gamma first.... either way thats gonna be the first fish in my tank

yeah grammas are fun...neat fish good additions
