need ID on alge

Here are some pics of the alge. It starts like small little red bubbles the then the bubbles get bigger in a tree growing shape. How can i get rid of them they have gotten out of control since i got rid of my urchin .Thanx chris

No pics??? It sounds like it may be a species of Valonia, because of the bubbles, but I'd need a better description or a picture to tell.
