Looks to be a sponge to me.

Will it get any bigger? Is it good to have in a reef? And will it survive since my tank is still cycling?

well it kinda looks like a baby nass snail. like a year ago when i was just starting up my tank i had like 15 nass snails and now they repreduced and all the ones i started off with r gone and now im left with like 3 dozen lil ones and they look like the one in ur pick but im not positive any better picks??

.and is it moving or does it just stay in one spot. i wouldnt worry bout it

Is it green and look like a big bubble (like bubble gum being blown) If so then it's bubble algae

I looks like a toadstool leather coral they are fairly tough it might make it

I took a ton of pictures and these were the best my camera would take. It doesn't move at all. Its blueish and very smooth. It doesn't look like it does anything much at all.

Definitely a sponge of some sort, common, harmless hitchiker! Filter feeder.
