Need ID on worm I found in my 55 reef.

I was looking under my tank the other day and noticed a worm about 6-8inches long, its about the diameter of a piece of spaghetti with a white/trasnparent body with red line through it, it also has what looks like small bristles covering it. I have been checking on it for the last few nights, and noticed that it just moves about under the sand bed, leaving behind little canals of where its been. I have no idea what type of worm this is or if its good or bad. I'll try to post some pics. Any help would be great, maybe to a link where there lists different worms found in home reefs.

The bristle description makes me wanna say bristleworm, but a pic would be great to make sure.
