Need ID

I'm new and I could use some help please. I came home and noticed these white dots all over the glass inside my 29 biocube. My tank has been up & running since 4/11/07.
5 days ago I moved my percula clownfish pair to a quarantine tank for ich. There are only inverts in my display with 35# live rock, and it seems I got another diatom outbreak. Inverts are: 4 turbo snails, 8 nass snails, 2 scarlet hermits, 15 blueleg hermits, 2 cleaner clams, 2 brittle starfish, 2 emerald crabs, and a coral banded shrimp. This morning my coral banded shrimp molted for the first time, and I lost an emerald crab. These little white specks are moving around on the glass, what are they? I've never seen them before, where could they have come from?
ph 7.8 (I tried a buffer but it only goes up to 8.0)
temp 78
nitrite 0
ammonia 0
nitrate 20
SG 1.021

ok I just read another post where the same thing happened and reefreak29 said they were a type of harmless worm that show up with excess nutrients in the water. I think I got the same thing.

my bet would be that they are coepods. They are a good thing. The pods eat detris and the fish eat the pods.
