Need ID

I have had my 120 set up for about 2 months now and the other day I woke up and there were lots of little white pods all over the glass. I let it go for a couple of days and the smaller ones fell off but some of the other ones got a little bigger. Well I would just like to know what they are and if I should remove them.

The smallest ones are copepods and the ones growing are probably amphipods and or isopods. Keep them all, there a good thing.
