I have two different sumps on my 125 and I'm not moving enough water. It feels like it is barely coming out of the two outlets. What and some good pumps to put in. Can show a picture of sumps if you need

return pumps should be sized to match the drain capacity of the overflow...
Doesn't matter what it "feels" like, water in needs to match (or be slightly less) than total water allowed out...
What size pump are you running now...?
What type (size/number) of overflow do you currently have...?

one is a rio 2500 and the other is a rio or cap 2100 i think i will have to look to make sure

Really don't need a lot of flow for your sump. Your skimmer as well as your fuge will run more efficient under lower flow. I judge good turnover by the surface of my display. Slowly increase flow untill surface water no longer maintains protiens. This advice was given to my while I was battling a nasty cyano problem (for over a year!!), my skimmate quality increased and my cyano was gone in three weeks!!!
