Need opinion on stocking tank please

I think I have decided to buy a AP24 with a sun pod 150w. I plan to transfer some corals from my 180. Would the MH be too much for Blastomussa, Lobophyllia, Ricordia,and Scolymia? I will also be transferring my Scooter Blenny to the nano. She eats frozen foods and I want to keep her in a species tank, possibly adding a male scooter and another female. I appreciate any advice anyone can give.

well what lights do you have under the 180? if the corals your adding to the 24 place really high in the 180 close to the light then do the same. but if the light is not strong and those corals are located in low light then do the same in the 24. and little by little move them to were you want. move it a little bit every week!
as for a scooter famliy idk lol
