Hello everyone. Im acytually writing for my neighbor. He bought a blue spotted grouper one week ago, and it had a scratch on its face, so it was a little lighter than the rest of his body. I guess now recently he said there were "spots on it". I went there and sure enough, there were three white spots on the lighter area of his head. They seem to be larger than ick, but it does look like a parasite rather than an infection of some sort. He started using Formalite 2 a few days ago, and since then one has gone away. Water conditions are fine, and the other tankmate is a baby clown trigger (1-2"). Oh and the groupers about 4". They are in a 75 gal. Can you please tell me what that could be so I can relay the info? Thanks!
