this is a very quick and easy program to use.
to change the size of a picture in this program open the picure by either using right click on the photo and going to "open with" or by opening the program and using the "file" menu. after the image is opened click on the "image" button in the drop down menu and go to "resize/resample" when you click on this another menu will open. in that menu click on 640x480 pixels and click oK.
then save the file and rename it so you know what picture it is. save the file as a JPG and you wil be able to use the attach button on your posts.
for most pictures this program will work on high resolution pics you might have to play with it abit to get the photosize where it needs to be
