Need Quick Answer on Shrimp Moving

Hi everyone,
tomorrow I am going to move my fish tank to a friend's apartment over spring break. It's only about five minutes away, and I am going to transport my clownfish and shrimp in a 5 gallon bucket with a heater and air pump (as usual).
This morning, I woke up to find that my shrimp had molted. He always hides out for a couple days so his shell will harden again. I will be moving him around noon tomorrow, so that leaves him about one day, one day and a half to allow his shell to harden before he's moved. Is this going to be a problem? I don't want to endanger him by moving him so soon after a molt.
Thanks in advance! :happyfish
