Probably any quality skimmer will do. I have a sealife systems for my 29g. It's not the biggest or the best, but it's rated for up to 75g, so it does fine for my set up and keeps my water clean. For lighting, you will probably need 4-5 watts per gallon and for the best lighting you need metal halide lights for hard-core corals, clams, etc. If you want lighting for the majority of common, hardy corals, I have a power compact with 4 wpg and all my corals are doing fine. Easy and inexpensive with less heat. Good luck!

I will suggest a remora by AquaC they are great skimmrs I have the urchin pro its like the remora pro but for a sump istead of a hand on the tank style.
