Need Quick Help With Smiley Central

ok welll i have the smiley central on my computer...
but whenever i try to post the smileys this is what happens...

heres what you do
copy the html or what ever
<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008_ZSYYYYYYCSUS' target='_blank'><img src='*http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_1.gif%' alt='Smile' border=0></a>
erase every thing up to this*put this in place of the aterisk
in place of the lime aterisk
so it looks like this with out the & [img}http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_11_18.&gif[/img] it would work but i put & by the gif part dont its that easy
